SHERMAN reserves the right to collect and store individual, anonymous or aggregate information about Users who visit its Sites as well as Users who submit information by contacting SHERMAN. SHERMAN collects and stores this information to: improve the Sites’ efficiency and content; analyze trends, process requests for information and services; deliver information about SHERMAN property and services; improve marketing efforts; gather broad demographic information for aggregate use; administer the Sites and improve client services.
SHERMAN DOES NOT provide this information or other information that it collects from the Sites to third parties except for the following. SHERMAN reserves the right to send Users email or postal mail related to SHERMAN, its property and services. At this time, encryption or security measures are not in use on SHERMAN’s Sites to fully protect and guarantee communication transmissions and submissions to or from SHERMAN’s Sites. Users should consider carefully whether to submit sensitive information that they would not want to make public. Use of SHERMAN’s Sites is solely at the User’s own risk. SHERMAN sites may employ the use of session cookies. Once the user closes their browser, the session cookie is automatically deleted. Session cookies may be used to maintain application state, among other things. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use the site, however the sites may fail to function properly.
